About cranes
Below you'll find a simple description of the three major types
of cranes; Truck-, Rough Terrain-, and All Terrain Cranes.
Truck Crane (TC)
A crane made only for the road, is not adequate for rough terrain
due to its small twin tyres, driven axles and the large size of
the machine.
It has simple mechanics, not as agile as his brother, Rough and
All Terrain.

All Terrain Crane (AT)
All Terrain Cranes can drive on the road as well as operate in terrain.
Again the large driven, steerable wheels allow for very good manoeuvrability
and flexibility. This type of crane is getting more and more popular
all over the world, and has extremly good liftingcapacity.
The AT combines the advantages of the TC and RT: fast travel on
the road, rough terrain manoeuvrability and flexibility. This is
now becoming more and more recognised by other industrial nations,
especially in Norway, Germany, Japan, Korea, and the USA.
